Rosann has a long standing legal career within the public and private sector.
Holding a law degree with honours, Rosann has over 20 years of experience that includes commercial contracts and negotiation, ‘in-house’ legal services for a public listed company, extensive research and analysis, knowledge of gaming and charity legislation, trade practices, consumer and privacy law.
Rosann is focused on delivering practical solutions, strategic advice, guidance and governance to not for profit organisations. She is adept at liaising with regulators, building collaborative relationships with stakeholders and is a trusted legal advisor.
